Cancellation fees and refunds are as follows. All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@adventuretejas.com or by phone or WhatsApp at +52 415 140 1599. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made for ANY REASON.

30 Days or more from tour/training date                                           100% refund

If you cancel but choose to reschedule for a listed class or tour we will gladly change your registration with a minimal additional charge.


Inclement Weather, Acts of God and other occurrences

Our tours and trainings are designed to provide a enjoyable experience while minimizing risk and maximizing safety. All tours follow a preset, predetermined route of known length and general difficulty. Changes in weather conditions may cause Adventure Tejas Motorrad, LLC to alter any particular tour at any point. In such case the distance and duration of the tour may change. If a tour is cancelled due to weather a option to reschedule or a refund will be offered. If the tour is merely altered to bypass a section that is deemed dangerous or impassable, but otherwise completed no refunds will be offered. The duration may also be altered due to unavoidable mechanical issues, tire punctures or mishaps.
