This is a great 7-8 hour Adventure through the country-side in the historic Fredericksburg area with lunch and dinner included. This 200 +/- mile 50% dirt-road trip is a must for all ADV riders! Experience and discover beautiful back-roads the Texas Hill Country has to offer. The fun begins in Fredericksburg, TX, as we make our way on dirt and gravel roads, and through a few water crossings towards Mason, TX. There are many scenic vistas and some great photo opportunities along the way. Once in Mason we will stop for a quick lunch break at local restaurant. After recharging, exchanging stories and getting to know each other, we will then make our way West, encountering Sandy Creek Rd. and other challenges South of Llano, TX. After adding more dirt and grime to our motorcycles, we will circle back and finish in Fredericksburg in time for dinner and drinks at one of the many popular local restaurants.
Leave your worries behind and rest assured, together, as a team we help each other out. These roads change with the weather, and more specifically, with each significant rainfall. Mostly the journey will be on category 1 dirt and gravel roads with several water crossings and some category 2 sandy areas possible.
The Texas Hill Country area is subject to severe thunderstorms and flash flooding. We reserve the right to alter or cancel a tour when weather make roads impassable or unsafe.
